The Saddleback track & field and cross country programs were back in the news this week with the announcement of another commitment from a long-distance runner. Sophomore Dana McGrath has made a commitment to Cal State Fullerton, according to the cross country office.
Perez second at OEC heptathlon

The Saddleback women’s track & field team was in action on Wednesday and Thursday at the Orange Empire Conference Heptathlon at Riverside City College. Gaucho Mackenzie Perez was outstanding, finishing second overall.

The Saddleback women’s track & field team finished in third place at the opening Orange Empire Conference meet of the season on Friday at Riverside City College. Dana McGrath and Alexis Park both won events in the middle-distance and distance races.
