Bio
Returns to Saddleback after a solid freshman campaign for the Gauchos last spring. During her freshman season, Banayat finished 13th in the state in the backstroke, finshing second at the Orange Empire Conference Finals in the 100 backstroke, fourth in the 200 backstroke and fifth in the 200 individual medley. Previous to Saddleback, she lettered in swim at San Clemente High School before graduating in 2016. Banayat plans to major in nursing.
