Gaucho swimmers dive into homework

The Saddleback swimming and dive program was back in the news this week when it was announced that 25 different members of the aquatics program qualified as scholar-athletes for the fall semester. 

Saddleback has always had a sensational history of academic success, but the swim programs took it to a new level in the fall of 2019.  A total of 25 different athletes had a GPA of over 3.0, making it one of the elite programs in the state.

In total, six different athletes had a perfect 4.0 GPA, with another seven having GPA's above 3.5.
