Returns to Saddleback after being a part of the Saddleback swim program last spring. In addition, Carter played water polo for the Gauchos during the fall.
Previous to Saddleback, Carter lettered in water polo and swimming at Bellevue High School in Washington before graduating in 2018.
Carter plans to major in psychology.
