Bio
Returns to Saddleback after playing in 15 games as a freshman last fall. During his freshman campaign, Petersen scored one goal and one assist, becoming the first person in program history to score a goal when he scored in the opening game against San Diego Mesa College. In addition, Petersen earned scholar-athlete status for his work in the classroom.
Previous to Saddleback, Petersen lettered in soccer and volleyball at San Juan Hills High School before graduating in 2022. While at SJHHS, Petersen was part of a CIF semifinalist team, winning the South Coast Leaue.
Petersen's mother, Lori, played soccer at Long Beach State.
Petersen plans to major in business management.
