Gaucho women in 21st place after day one

The Saddleback women's swim and dive team is in 21st place after the opening day of the state meet at East Los Angeles College.  Gaucho diver Nicolette Spriggs finished fourth in diving to put Saddleback on the board.

Saddleback is back in the pool on Friday and Saturday at East Los Angeles College.  Raselle Chetwynd figures to score well at the championships in both the 100 fly, 200 fly and 200 freestyle.  Kailey Banayat will compete in both the 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke.
