Men’s tennis swats away Hornets

The Saddleback men's tennis team improved to 2-1 on the season with a 6-3 win against Fullerton College on Tuesday at the Saddleback Tennis Complex.  Saddleback won 5-of-6 singles matches to close out the Hornets.

Saddleback was facing a Fullerton team with just four players and took advantage of it after Fullerton opened with a pair of wins in doubles play.  The tennis team received wins from Oliver Svensson, Max Svensson and Justin Boberg before getting a pair of defaults to close out singles play.    Perhaps the biggest win of the day came from Boberg, who bounced back from a 0-6 loss in set two to defeat Jeffrey Lawton in the third set, 6-0.
