Bobcats on the move in the rankings

The Saddleback football team has won four straight games and as a result find themselves moving up in both the state and national rankings.   The Bobcats will try to make it five straight this weekend at Grossmont College.

Saddleback's winning streak is starting to gain some recognition as a bevy of new rankings came out in the past few days.  The Bobcats moved up to No. 14 in the JC Athletic Bureau Coach's Poll and No. 17 in the California Community College Sports Information Association (CCCSIA) poll.  In addition, they moved up to No. 38 in the JCGridiron Dirty 30 national rankings.

Saddleback's latest win was a dominating 48-10 victory over Palomar College.  The Bobcats have been averaging 45 points-per-game during the winning streak while surrendering just 16.25 points-per-game.

Saddleback looks to keep the momentum going when they travel to Grossmont College (0-6) this Saturday for a 1:00 PM game.
