Bryson makes it 24 commits

The Saddleback football program was back in the news this week with the announcement that another player in the program has committed to a four-year university.  Offensive lineman Taj Bryson was the latest, bringing the total to 24.

Bryson committed to Gannon University, located in Erie, Pennsylvania.  The Golden Knights play an NCAA DII schedule within the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.

Bryson played for Saddleback in both 2019 and 2021, anchoring the offensive line this past season at center.  He came to Saddleback from Betty Fairfax High School in Phoenix, Arizona, where he lettered in football, wrestling and track & field.

Bryson is the 24th player from the program to commit to a four-year university during the off-season.
