Bio

Returns to Saddleback after appearing in eight games for the Bobcats last spring.  Previous to Saddleback, Eby lettered in baseball at Palm Desert High School before graduating in 2021.  While at PDHS, Eby was an honor roll student.

Eby's father, Eric, played golf at the University of Ohio.

Eby plans to major in kinesiology.
