Morton commits to Fresno State

The Saddleback women's soccer team was back in the news this week with the announcement that one of the players from the 2024 squad has accepted an opportunity at a four-year school.  Mason Morton made a commitment to Fresno State this past week.

Morton played in 23 games this past season and was named to the All-Orange Empire Conference Second Team following the season.  She came to Saddleback from Lander Valley High School (WY) where she lettered in soccer and track before graduating in 2024. 

Morton is the fifth player from the Saddleback program to transfer to Fresno State in the past three years after four players off the 2022 state championship team transferred during the spring of 2023.
