Women harriers 2nd at GWC Invite

The Saddleback women's cross country team finished second at the Golden West Invitational on Friday in Huntington Beach.  The Bobcats had four top-10 finishers in the team event.

Saddleback finished second out of nine programs at the event.  The Bobcats were led by Shaelynn Barbieri, who finished fourth in the team competition and 9^th overall.  Barbieri ran the 5k trek in 21:38.41.

Following closely behind Barbieri for Saddleback was Casey Jones, who finished in a time of 21:51.26 to finish 11^th overall and sixth in team competition.  Also finishing in the top-10 in the team competition was Naomi Roe (8^th) and Mia Arnwine (10^th).  Saddleback's team score was rounded out by Tulan Ho, who finished 16^th in the team competition. 

Saddleback will be back in action next Friday at the SoCal Preview in Bakersfield.
