Comes to Saddleback from Laguna Hills High School where she lettered in track & field before graduating in 2021. While at LHHS, Cowell had a 4.0 GPA and was part of a 4 x 100 relay team that went to the CIF prelims.
Cowell participated in gymnastics for 13 years and plans to major in kinesiology.
