Romaldo is commit #6

The Saddleback football program was back in the news on Tuesday with the announcement that another member of the 2023 squad has made a commitment to a four-year university.  Defensive back Trevor Romaldo gives the Bobcats six D1 commitments for the year.

Romaldo gave a verbal commitment to Murray State University, located in Murray, Kentucky.  The Racers play at NCAA D1 schedule within the Missouri Valley Conference. 

Romaldo finished with 29 total tackles and 2.5 tackles-for-loss, leading the team in both interceptions (5) and pass break-ups (8).  He played in 19 games in 2021 and 2023, finishing with 57 tackles and six interceptions.

Romaldo is on track to transfer to Murray State in the coming weeks and sign a letter-of-intent.  He is the sixth member of the 2023 squad to transfer to a four-year program during the early signing window.
