Torres says yes to Colorado-Mesa
The Saddleback football program was back in the news this weekend as another member of the 2019 team has committed to a four-year university. Osvaldo Torres signed with Colorado-Mesa, putting the Gauchos over 20 players transferring to the next level.
Torrez was part of an offensive line that helped Saddleback put up record offensive statistics in 2019. He was also part of a Gaucho squad that led Southern California with 17 players making the Southern California All-Academic Team.
Colorado-Mesa is located in Grand Junction, Colorado, and plays an NCAA D2 schedule within the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. The Mavericks finished 6-5 in 2019.
Saddleback football now has 21 players that have committed to four-year universities.
