Davinni says yes to Coastal Carolina

The Saddleback baseball program was back in the news this past week the announcement that one of their players has committed to a four-year university.  Freshman Michael Davinni gave a commitment to Coastal Carolina University.

Davinni came to Saddleback from the University of San Diego after graduating from Aliso Niguel High School.  He has played in nine games so far this season, batting .417 with one home run and 16 RBI.  Davinni had two massive games, back-to-back, earlier in the season when he went 7-for-9 with five runs-scored and eight RBI. 

Coastal Carolina is an NCAA DI program located in Conway, South Carolina.  The Chanticleers play in the Sun Belt Conference and won the NCAA National Championship in 2016.
