Horner is the latest commit

The Saddleback volleyball program was back in the news this week with the announcement that another member of both the indoor and beach teams will be heading to a four-year university.  Athlete Lilyann Horner will play beach volleyball at Arizona Christian University, according to the volleyball office.

Horner played both indoor and beach volleyball for the Bobcats the past two seasons.  She was an All-Orange Empire Conference selection in beach volleyball after pairing with Sydney Brown and making it all the way to the OEC Pairs Tournament semifinals.  Horner was also an all-conference selection this past year in indoor volleyball.

Horner will join Brown at Arizona Christian University, located in Glendale, Arizona.  The Firestorm play under the NAIA umbrella within the Golden State Athletic Conference. 

Horner lettered in volleyball at Capistrano Valley High School before graduating in 2021.  While at CVHS, she was a scholar-athlete and an all-conference selection.
