The Saddleback women’s water polo program was back in the news on Wednesday with one of the athletes signing at a four-year university. Maddie Choi inked a deal with Ottawa University to play water polo for the Spirit.
Gauchos cruise past Pirates

The Saddleback women’s water polo team picked up a conference win with a 15-9 win over Orange Coast College on Wednesday in Costa Mesa. The Gauchos improved to 8-7 on the season in moving into fourth place.
WWP wins three up north

The Saddleback women’s water polo team won three games at the West Valley College Invitational on Friday and Saturday in Saratoga, California. The Gauchos are now 7-1 heading into the first Orange Empire Conference match next week.
WWP sweeps through tournament

The Saddleback women’s water polo team made things look easy in the first tournament of the season, going 4-0 and outscoring opponents 69-13 in the process at the Saddleback Aquatics Center. The Gauchos never trailed in the tournament.
