Latest win is milestone

The Saddleback women's volleyball team defeated Santiago Canyon College, 3-0, on Wednesday night in Orange.  It was win No. 100 for head coach Brian Hughes.

Hughes and the Bobcats wasted no time in collecting the milestone win as the Bobcats raced to victory in just over an hour.  Saddleback took down SCC 25-7, 25-10 and 25-21 in recording their 10^th sweep of the season. 

Hughes is now 100-82 lifetime after the win on Wednesday and enjoying one of his better season over the eight seasons he has been at the helm.  Saddleback is now 14-4 overall and 9-2 in Orange Empire Conference play.  The Bobcats are in second place in conference play with five games remaining during the regular season. 

Saddleback hosts first place Irvine Valley College on Friday at 6:00 PM.
