Rolda signs with UNLV

The Saddleback volleyball program was back in the news this week when it was announced that sophomore Antonette Rolda has signed a letter of intent.  Rolda will continue her volleyball career and academics at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Rolda was an All-Orange Empire Conference selection this past fall when she led the team with 530 assists.  In addition, she was third on the team in service aces (33) and third in digs (122).  Rolda's biggest match of the season came against Orange Coast College on November 1 when she had 57 assists in a four-set win against the Pirates.

Rolda is also a part of the beach volleyball program and came to Saddleback from Cal State Dominguez Hills, where she played for the Toros in 2016.   She graduated from Trabuco Hills High School. 

Rolda signed a full-ride scholarship to UNLV, located in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The Rebels play in the Mountain West Conference.
