Bio
Returns to Saddleback after a tremendous freshman campaign when she finished sixth in the state in the hammer throw after finishing second at the Southern California Regioal Finals in the discus and fourth in the hammer. Previous to Saddleback, Gillis lettered in track & field and volleyball at San Clemente High School before graduating in 2016. In addition, she was the Athlete-of-the-Year in track & field for the Tritons as a senior. Gillis plans to major in communications.
