Soccer match postponed due to heat, winds, and air quality

Tuesday's women's soccer match at Golden West College was cancelled due to high heat, high winds, and poor air quality due to blowing dust.  The match has been rescheduled for Monday, October 30, at Golden West.  Kickoff remains at 3:00 p.m.

Several other athletic events in the southland were also cancelled due to the heat and high winds.  The Orange County Health Care Agency put out a health warning on Monday cautioning against heat exhaustion and heat stroke due to excessive exertion.  The health care warning lasts from Monday through Wednesday.
