Cats still perfect in OEC play

The Saddleback women's golf team improved to 18-0 after a 20-stroke win in Orange Empire Conference play at Costa Mesa Country Club (Mesa Linda GC) on Monday. 

Sabrina Ladd (pictured) and Nicole Whipple both shot +8 rounds of 78 on Monday to lead the Bobcats on the par-70 trek.  Both finished in a tie for fifth overall in medalist play as a result. 

Ladd and Whipple were followed by Caitlin Randolph (82) and Kenzie Edson (83) in rounding out the team score.  The team score of 321 was the third lowest team score of the season.

Saddleback will continue Orange Empire Conference play on Wednesday when they host the conference at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club.  The first tee time is scheduled for 12:00 PM.
