The Saddleback women’s basketball team was back in the news on Monday when the basketball office announced that two members of the 2018-19 squad had earned all-conference honors. Joice Beda and Kayla De Leon were both named to the All-Orange Empire Conference Team by the coaches.

The Saddleback women’s basketball team opened the 2018-19 campaign with a 58-50 win over Long Beach City College on Friday night at the Mt. San Antonio College Tournament. Sophomore Joice Beda led the Gaucho attack with 21 points and 17 rebounds.
