Barnuevo and Cooper headline All-OEC Team

The Saddleback men's water polo season came to a close last weekend and the Bobcats found out they had six players named to the All-Orange Empire Conference Team.  Andrew Barnuevo and Elliot Cooper headlined the team as first team selections.

Barnuevo led the team with 127 goals, which was the second highest amount of goals in the state.  He scored 5-or-more goals in 15 games during the season, with a season-best eight goals against Orange Coast on September 8.

Cooper was a pillar of consistency in goal, finishing with a 15-4 record.  He had a 55.8% save percentage in 21 games, also recording three assists and 31 steals.

Joining Barnuevo and Cooper on the All-OEC Teams was Donald Robertson, Matthew Arellano, Armand Le Goff and Oliver Child.  Robertson and Arellano were named to the second team while Le Goff and Child were named honorable mention.
