Carter heading to Santa Clara

The Saddleback men's water polo team was back in the news on Friday as one of the members of the 2019 team has committed to a four-year university.  Sophomore Andrew Carter will continue his education and play water polo at Santa Clara University.

Carter played in 68 matches in two years at Saddleback, scoring 84 goals with 43 assists.  His biggest game of the season came against San Diego Miramar College on November 1 when he netted seven goals against the Jets in a 28-10 win.

Santa Clara is located in Santa Clara, California, and plays in the Western Water Polo Association.  The Broncos finished 15-13 in 2019.
