Bio
Returns to Saddleback after a stellar freshman campaign when he won the Orange Empire Conference title in the discus and placed seventh in the state in the hammer throw. Previous to Saddleback, Ydens lettered in track and football at Santa Margarita Catholic High School before graduating in 2015. While at SMCHS, he was a two-time, field athlete-of-the-year for the Eagles. His father, Robert, played football at the University of New Mexico. Ydens plans to major in business.
