Returns to Saddleback for his sophomore season after competing for the Gauchos as a freshman in 2012. Cotter came to Saddleback from Katella High School, where he lettered in both track & field and football before graduating in 2011. While at KHS, Cotter received the Coach's Award and earned academic recognotion in both sports. He plans to major in biology.
