Bio
Comes to Saddleback from San Juan Hills High School where he lettered in swim before graduating in 2024. While he was at SJHHS, Phelps was a CIF finalist and a Sea View League silver medalist. In addition to athletics, Phelps earned a Seal of Biliteracy.
Phelps plans to major in business.
