Crankshaw is latest commitment

The Saddleback basketball program is back in the news this week with the announcement that sophomore Nick Crankshaw has signed a letter of intent with a four-year program.  Crankshaw will continue his basketball career at San Diego Christian College.

Crankshaw played in all 29 games for Saddleback this past season, averaging 4.4 points and 4.0 rebounds-per-game for the Gauchos.  He was second on the team in free throw shooting (80%) while shooting 47% from the field and 39% from three-point range.  Crankshaw had the second best assist-to-turnover ratio on the team at 2.2 and had a season-high of 13 points against Riverside on February 8.

Crankshaw becomes the fourth member of the 2016-17 squad to sign a letter-of-intent.
