Young enters his first collegiate season after grey shirting last year. Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Young’s impact is felt daily in practice with his energy and enthusiasm. Young, who is an inside presence as a shot blocker has made himself into a game changer on the defensive end. His activity and energy will make him a formidable rim protector. Prior to Saddleback, Young prepped at Valley High School in Las Vegas, where he made himself an all-league performer and a McDonalds All America nominee.
