Bio
Comes to Saddleback from Redlands East Valley High School where she lettered in volleyball before graduating in 2016. While at REVHS, Dowell was a First Team All-Citrus Belt League selection and a scholar athlete. In addition to beach, Dowell also played on the Saddleback indoor team this past fall. She donates her time volunteering at the Redlands Community Hospital and is a volunteer coach in youth volleyball. Dowell plans to major in nursing.
